Multichannel Controlling an Mixing Unit

The new multichannel Gas Control and Mixing Unit flox is able to control and mix gases simultanieously in various processes. The unit has three independant channels. Each channel has a flowrate of up to 100 Nl/min. Gases like argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbondioxyd, natural gas, methane, compressed air and many more gases can be used as process gases mixed by this multichannel mixing unit.

The operation is easily made by push buttons or by touchscreen or by external signals. So thesetpoint of every channel con be set by starting the process or dynamically during the process, manual or triggered by process data.

Unser Mehrkanal Gasregler flox eignet sich ideal zum mischen und dosieren von Gasen. Das Gerät verfügt bis zu drei unabhängige Kanäle mit je bis 100 Nl/min Durchfluss. Eine Vielzahl von Gasarten lassen sich damit regeln wie, Argon, Stickstoff, CO2, Sauerstoff, Druckluft, Erdgas und viele mehr. Über Drucktasten oder externe Signale können verschiedene Ereignisse erzeugt werden (Gasfluss stoppen oder einen neuen Sollwert anfahren). Alle notwendigen Eingaben können über den Touchscreen getätigt werden, Gasanschlüsse und Stromanschluss befinden sich auf der Rückseite des Geräts.
