Final Assembling of a gas regulation unit for stopper purging at a 6-strand bloom caster. Each tundish car gets one station. The unit ensures a precise gas flow and stable conditions, important for quality steel like forging steel grades.
Each stopper has it’s independent gas control components and also a separate and local indicator and operator panel.
